Common Questions
How long does a commission take?
Most bespoke furniture takes 6–12 weeks from final sign-off. Larger installations or complex millwork can take longer. We'll give you a precise timeline at the quotation stage.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. We deliver and install across the UK and can arrange international shipping for standalone pieces. Travel costs for installation are quoted separately.
Can I visit the workshop?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Workshop visits are by appointment and a great way to see materials, discuss your brief, and meet the team who'll build your piece.
What's your minimum project value?
Our minimum commission value is £500. For bespoke installations and full-room builds, budgets typically start from £5,000.
